S&P Global announced that Saugata Saha, President of S&P Global Market Intelligence and Chief Enterprise Data Officer, will leave the company to pursue another opportunity. Saha will remain with the company through July 30, 2026, to support the leadership transition process.
The announcement also includes organizational changes aimed at strengthening S&P Global’s data and technology integration strategy as the company continues expanding AI capabilities across its products and operations.
Saugata Saha has served as President of S&P Global Market Intelligence and Chief Enterprise Data Officer, helping oversee the company’s enterprise data strategy and market intelligence operations. According to S&P Global, Saha will continue supporting the organization through July 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.

He leaves Market Intelligence and our Enterprise Data Organization in a position of strength, with clear momentum, and a solid foundation to build upon. "We expect to move quickly, and thoughtfully, as we evaluate and refine the leadership and structure for Market Intelligence."
The company stated that it will review and refine the future leadership structure for its Market Intelligence division as part of the transition process.
As part of the restructuring, S&P Global confirmed that the Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) will move into the Chief Technology & Transformation Office, led by Firdaus Bhathena.
The company stated that aligning enterprise data and technology operations under a unified leadership structure is intended to strengthen AI innovation, operational efficiency, and product development initiatives.
