Protaigé has announced the public launch of Maia, which the company describes as the world’s first AI Account Director designed to operate directly within the communication and collaboration channels marketers already use, including email, WhatsApp, Slack, and video meetings.
The launch marks Protaigé’s latest move to help marketing teams automate campaign execution, streamline workflows, and scale multi-channel marketing operations through Agentic AI orchestration.
Marketing teams are increasingly expected to deliver continuous, multi-channel campaigns while maintaining consistency, speed, and personalization across growing digital ecosystems.
Protaigé stated that Maia is designed to reduce operational complexity by functioning directly within existing communication and collaboration platforms rather than requiring teams to adopt separate AI tools.
According to the company, Maia autonomously orchestrates the marketing lifecycle end-to-end, connecting workflows, executing campaigns, and generating outputs across marketing systems.
“At the core is Protaigé's proprietary Brand DNA technology, which encodes brand strategy, voice, identity, and governance rules to keep every asset on-brand at scale,” the company stated.
Protaigé said Maia operates at the systems level by integrating with nearly 200 tools spanning 30 categories across the marketing ecosystem.
The platform is designed to:
The company stated that the system enables organizations to automate execution workflows while maintaining strategic oversight and brand governance.
“Many AI tools solve individual tasks but add complexity for teams to manage. Protaigé removes that friction by orchestrating execution as one system. Maia operates inside existing communication and collaboration channels – connecting the stack, executing the work, and delivering outputs without requiring marketers to learn another AI tool,” said Chrissy Lim, Co-Founder and CEO of Protaigé.
According to Protaigé, Maia is designed to address growing industry pressure to balance campaign quality, localization, and speed at enterprise scale.
The platform leverages AI-driven orchestration to significantly reduce the time required to create and launch marketing assets while maintaining consistency across channels and markets.
“Across the industry, marketers are facing an impossible tension between quality and scale,” Lim added. “Protaigé can deliver assets in minutes - work that traditionally takes weeks - while maintaining strategic and brand consistency. This is where marketing is heading: AI handles execution, marketers focus on creativity, insight, and judgement.”
The company positions Maia as part of a broader shift toward AI-managed marketing execution, where human teams focus more heavily on strategic direction, creativity, and decision-making.
Protaigé reported that it has onboarded more than 1,000 brands since launching its beta program.
The company also announced that it has raised US$1 million and received recognition including:
The company stated that the funding and early adoption demonstrate growing demand for AI-native marketing orchestration platforms capable of managing increasingly complex campaign operations.
