Leadership Expertise and Background

Chris Baird brings extensive experience in building and scaling marketing organizations across technology, enterprise, and consumer brands. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Weave (NYSE: WEAV), where he developed and scaled the company’s end-to-end go-to-market engine. This included brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and growth initiatives that delivered measurable revenue impact.

Prior to Weave, Baird held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at ObservePoint, helping establish the company as a trusted platform for digital analytics governance and expanding adoption among Fortune 500 companies. Earlier in his career, he led demand marketing, content, and web strategy at Adobe and held marketing roles at Omniture.

In his new role at Pattern, Baird will drive the company’s marketing and go-to-market strategy with an emphasis on brand growth, demand generation, and deeper customer engagement.
