CustifyAI is engineered to turn data into actionable insights. It reads customer emails and messages, scoring each conversation from 0 to 100 for churn risk and tracking sentiment over time. This provides CSMs with early warnings when risk spikes, allowing them to intervene proactively. For workflow automation, teams can describe a scenario in plain language, and CustifyAI will propose a step-by-step flow for processes like onboarding or renewals, complete with AI decision points to route customers appropriately.

A built-in text assistant helps rewrite emails and prepare talking points. Furthermore, a new conversational interface allows teams to ask questions of their customer data in plain language, such as "what changed since the last QBR?" or "is this customer at risk?", receiving immediate answers without manual data assembly.
