CallRail is celebrating its 15th anniversary as the company continues expanding its AI-powered lead engagement platform and global customer base. Originally launched in Atlanta as a call tracking platform for small and midsize businesses, the company now serves more than 225,000 businesses worldwide and supports over 300 million leads annually.
Over the past decade and a half, CallRail has evolved from a call tracking provider into a broader lead engagement and marketing intelligence platform focused on helping businesses connect marketing performance with customer interactions across multiple channels.
CallRail said its platform has significantly expanded beyond its original call tracking capabilities to address broader customer engagement and marketing attribution needs.
The company initially focused on helping small and midsize businesses identify which marketing campaigns generated inbound phone calls. Today, the platform enables organizations to track, manage, and optimize customer interactions across calls, texts, forms, chats, and AI-powered conversations.
CallRail noted that artificial intelligence has been integrated into its products for years through capabilities such as Premium Conversation Intelligence and its recently launched Voice Assist solution.
According to the company, customer adoption and industry recognition continue to support its market position. CallRail said it has remained G2’s top-rated inbound call tracking provider for eight consecutive years, while Voice Assist earned G2’s Best ROI badge for AI Voice Assistants during its first year in the market.
The company said its AI-powered lead engagement platform helps businesses better understand customer interactions while improving marketing performance measurement and conversion optimization.
CallRail currently supports businesses across multiple industries by helping organizations track lead sources, improve response times, and generate actionable insights from customer conversations.
With more than 75 native integrations connecting the platform to marketing and customer management systems, businesses can centralize conversation data and apply insights across sales, support, and marketing workflows.
"Fifteen years ago, we set out to solve a simple but important problem: helping businesses understand which marketing efforts drive results," said Marc Ginsberg, CEO of CallRail. "As our customers' needs have evolved, we've continued to build tools that help businesses better understand and respond to leads across every interaction, ultimately allowing them to invest their marketing dollars with more confidence."
As part of its continued growth, CallRail also announced plans to relocate its headquarters within Atlanta in early 2027.
The company said its current headquarters was established when CallRail had approximately 25 employees. With headcount now approaching 300 employees, the company plans to move to 725 Ponce de Leon Avenue to support future expansion and evolving workplace needs.
Located along the Atlanta Beltline, the new office is expected to provide employees with improved access to transportation, restaurants, and surrounding neighborhood amenities while encouraging greater in-person collaboration.
"We wanted a space that better reflects how our teams work together today," added Ginsberg. "The new headquarters gives us the opportunity to create an environment that supports our employees while keeping us connected to the energy and growth happening across Atlanta."
As AI adoption accelerates across customer engagement and marketing operations, CallRail is positioning itself to continue expanding its lead engagement capabilities while helping businesses better connect marketing investments to measurable customer outcomes.
