Audiense has announced the appointment of seven senior executives as part of a broader leadership expansion aimed at accelerating growth across its omnichannel consumer intelligence business. The appointments span marketing, customer success, finance, product, revenue operations, and strategic partnerships as the company continues integrating Audiense, Buxton, and Elevar into a unified AI and data platform.

Backed by PSG Equity, Audiense has spent the past year building a proprietary consumer intelligence dataset that combines social, online, and in-person behavioral data with server-side conversion tracking to help organizations improve marketing and growth strategies.

Audiense Strengthens Leadership to Support Growth Strategy

The executive appointments reflect Audiense’s ongoing efforts to scale its omnichannel consumer intelligence platform and strengthen go-to-market execution. Under CEO Jim Swift, the company has focused on combining multiple businesses into a single platform designed to help brands better understand consumer behavior across digital, physical, and social environments.

“We've assembled this strong leadership team to realize the combined potential of the companies we acquired,” said Swift, Audiense's CEO. “Each of these leaders brings deep, relevant experience and a clear understanding of what it takes to scale a data business. Together, they complement our vision and give us the experience and skills we need to bring our new solutions to market — and grow aggressively from here.”

The first wave of leadership appointments focused on strengthening Audiense’s operational and commercial foundation through new executives in marketing, finance, customer success, and revenue operations.

New Executive Team Brings SaaS and Data Expertise

Among the appointments, Louise Green joins as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing more than 30 years of B2B marketing experience across fintech, data, and information services organizations. Bill Mahoney has been appointed Chief Customer Officer, leveraging his experience leading customer operations for SaaS businesses.

Martin Day joins as Chief Financial Officer following leadership roles across SaaS, technology-enabled services, and e-commerce businesses, while Stephanie McCleskey takes on the role of SVP Revenue Operations with experience across analytics and AI-driven technology companies.

Audiense later expanded the executive team further with the addition of James Russo as VP of Strategic Partners, Chintan Mehta as Chief Product Officer, and Brent Grube as Chief Revenue Officer.

Mehta highlighted the company’s data assets and growth potential shortly after joining the organization.

“Audiense has something rare: strong products, customers' trust, and a genuinely unique proprietary dataset. I see real opportunity to build on that foundation — sharpening our existing solutions and unlocking more synergies across the three legacy businesses, to drive growth for customers in both existing and new markets.”

Grube also emphasized his focus on strengthening commercial operations and customer engagement.

“I'm excited to be joining this team of leaders at Audiense, and for the opportunity to support the commercial teams, advance their careers, and deliver significant value to our clients. I'm passionate about helping our sales leaders better understand and engage our customer base to drive even greater success.”

Audiense Advances AI-Powered Consumer Intelligence Platform

The leadership expansion comes alongside several product and branding initiatives designed to support Audiense’s next stage of growth.

The company is preparing to launch a unified Audiense brand that consolidates its social, in-person, online, and conversion-tracking intelligence offerings under one identity.

Audiense recently introduced Audiense Action, an AI-powered campaign companion designed to help marketers generate audience insights, simulate interactions with focus groups, and validate campaign strategies faster.

In addition, Audiense Data Services expands access to the company’s data infrastructure through headless integrations that allow clients and partners to connect Audiense data directly into their own workflows, CRMs, and technology environments.

The company stated that the combined platform is designed to give brands a more complete view of consumer behavior across online, offline, and social channels to improve strategic decision-making and campaign performance.

About Audiense

Audiense is the omnichannel consumer intelligence platform that gives brands a comprehensive picture of their consumers — how they behave in person, online, and across social — so every meaningful decision, from where to open to where to spend to who to target, can be built on reality rather than assumption.

Through its integrated portfolio of audience intelligence, location intelligence, and conversion tracking capabilities, Audiense reads all three dimensions of consumer behavior: physical behavior via Audiense In-Person, online conversion via Audiense Online, and social and digital intelligence via Audiense Discovery and Action.
