Furze offers over 20 years of expertise in data, analytics, AI, and customer insights. At LinkedIn, she served as Global Vice President of Customer Science for Marketing Solutions, contributing significantly to business scaling as part of the executive team.
She established and directed the Customer Science organization, integrating analytics, research, data engineering, AI development, measurement, and solutions engineering globally. Her responsibilities encompassed multi-year commercial and AI transformations, proprietary intelligence platforms, productivity automation, and commercialization of advanced data products. Furze also led data privacy, trust, and governance initiatives.
Earlier positions at LinkedIn included Global Director of Marketing Insights and senior analytics roles in EMEA and LATAM. Before LinkedIn, she held executive analytics leadership at DAA (Dublin Airport Authority), O2 (Telefónica Group), Eircom, and Wunderman, managing teams across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australia.
