As Head of Strategy, Donna Rattley Washington will spearhead Gigapower’s engagement with internet service providers (ISPs), technology companies, public sector entities, and digital platform providers. Her role focuses on identifying innovative growth opportunities and maximizing emerging initiatives to enhance performance and revenue. Washington’s efforts will transform Gigapower’s state-of-the-art fiber infrastructure into a diversified revenue engine, promoting competition and choice for consumers.
Washington brings a wealth of experience to Gigapower. She previously served as General Counsel at Boundless Broadband, overseeing legal, regulatory, and government affairs. Before that, she was Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy at EducationSuperHighway, shaping the implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), including BEAD and Digital Equity programs. Her tenure at Comcast included leading regional Smart City initiatives, showcasing her ability to drive innovation in connectivity.
