At the center of the release is the Flyway Enterprise MCP Server, a solution designed to support governed, agentic workflows for database changes. The platform ensures AI-generated modifications are automatically captured, validated, and audited, embedding compliance directly into development processes instead of treating governance as a post-deployment task.
As organizations increasingly integrate AI into software development, Redgate aims to address one of the most critical challenges: applying governance to database changes generated through autonomous or AI-assisted workflows.

Redgate also confirmed plans to introduce advanced Snowflake capabilities along with new operational and security dashboards. These planned enhancements are designed to provide IT leaders with greater visibility into database estate health while supporting faster, more informed operational decisions.
By extending governance into analytics pipelines, Redgate aims to ensure that data supporting AI models and business intelligence workloads follows the same rigorous change control processes applied to production databases.
