CGI has announced the appointment of Alisa Bearfield as President of CGI Federal, effective October 1, 2026. In her new role, Bearfield will lead nearly 8,000 professionals supporting U.S. federal agencies across defense, civilian, healthcare, justice, intelligence, and international affairs domains. The leadership transition also includes Stephanie Mango moving into the role of Executive Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer for CGI’s global operations.

In her expanded role, Bearfield will oversee a workforce of nearly 8,000 professionals dedicated to helping federal agencies adopt modern digital systems, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency through technology-driven transformation.
Alongside Bearfield’s appointment, CGI confirmed that current CGI Federal President Stephanie Mango will transition into a global executive role as Executive Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer. In this position, she will support CGI’s operations across 40 countries and more than 94,000 employees.
The leadership change reflects CGI’s broader strategy to align experienced executives with its expanding global footprint while maintaining continuity in its federal operations business.
