CloudRadial has announced a major update to its Storefront platform, expanding its Unified Client Portal with new procurement and sales workflow capabilities designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The update introduces three new ways for customers and service providers to move a cart through the buying process—Request a Quote, Share Cart, and Prepared Cart—alongside native integration with HaloPSA to streamline service delivery and sales operations.
The enhancements aim to reflect real-world B2B purchasing behavior, where buying decisions often involve multiple stakeholders, approvals, and quote-based workflows rather than simple self-service checkout.
CloudRadial has upgraded its Storefront platform within the Unified Client Portal.
New features include Request a Quote, Share Cart, and Prepared Cart workflows.
The update is designed to support complex B2B MSP purchasing journeys.
Native HaloPSA integration expands PSA connectivity within Storefront.
The platform now supports quoting, approvals, and rep-driven cart creation.
The release improves end-to-end MSP sales and procurement workflows.
CloudRadial’s Storefront has traditionally enabled self-service purchasing for MSP clients. However, many real-world B2B transactions require additional steps such as approvals, pricing negotiations, and sales representative involvement.
The latest update transforms Storefront into a more dynamic sales environment, allowing Managed Service Providers to manage the entire purchasing journey inside the platform instead of relying on external emails, spreadsheets, and quote documents.
By bringing quoting, collaboration, and approval workflows into a single interface, CloudRadial aims to reduce friction and accelerate deal closure.
The update introduces three distinct cart workflows that mirror how enterprise purchasing decisions are typically made:
The Request a Quote feature allows buyers to submit their cart directly to MSP sales teams for pricing review or purchase order-based transactions. Buyers can include contextual notes, such as payment terms or procurement requirements, enabling reps to respond without leaving the platform.
This expands Storefront beyond self-service transactions to support quote-driven enterprise procurement workflows.
The Share Cart feature enables buyers to collaborate with internal stakeholders by sending their cart to colleagues within their organization. Each recipient receives a shared link and email notification, allowing managers or budget owners to review and approve purchases before checkout.
This replaces fragmented approval workflows that typically happen through emails, screenshots, and messaging threads.
Prepared Cart gives MSP sales representatives the ability to build and configure carts on behalf of customers using a structured setup workflow. Reps can define pricing, audience targeting, permissions, and expiration settings before delivering a ready-to-review cart.
The feature also supports delivery via email or direct links that can be embedded into PSA tickets, chat tools, or messaging platforms, turning Storefront into an active sales enablement channel rather than a passive storefront.
"Storefront was already a great way for clients to buy. What it was missing was a way to sell," said Jeff Farris, President and CEO of CloudRadial. "Most B2B purchases involve more than one person and more than one step. Someone has to approve it, someone has to quote it, someone has to put the right products in front of the right client. These updates let MSPs run that entire motion inside Storefront, so the buyer never has to leave and the rep never has to chase a deal across five different tools."
"Think of these as one feature with three directions," said David Falkenberg, Product Director at CloudRadial. "Request a Quote is the buyer reaching up to the MSP. Share Cart is the buyer reaching sideways to a colleague. Prepared Cart is the rep reaching out to the buyer. Real purchasing decisions move in all three of those directions, often on the same deal. Now the platform supports that instead of forcing it into a screenshot and an email chain."
Alongside the new cart workflows, CloudRadial has introduced native integration with HaloPSA, extending its compatibility with widely used Professional Services Automation platforms.
The integration enables product synchronization from HaloPSA into Storefront and pushes completed orders back into HaloPSA as opportunities. This creates a more unified workflow across sales, service delivery, and client management systems.
CloudRadial’s Storefront already supports integrations with platforms such as ConnectWise, Autotask, and Kaseya BMS, and this latest addition closes a key gap for MSPs using HaloPSA.
With the introduction of quote handling, collaborative purchasing, and rep-driven cart creation, Storefront evolves from a simple self-service purchasing tool into a full sales motion platform for MSPs.
The enhancements reflect the increasing complexity of B2B procurement in IT services, where multiple stakeholders and approval layers are common. By embedding these workflows directly into the client portal, CloudRadial aims to help MSPs shorten sales cycles, reduce operational friction, and improve customer experience.
