Since joining Syniverse in September 2023, Rosa has driven a global culture strategy rooted in human connection. “This honor belongs to the people who’ve engaged with the culture we’re building—those who have asked hard questions, raised ideas, and believed in where we’re heading,” Rosa said. Her Continuous Listening Strategy replaced annual surveys with two to three yearly surveys and “Culture Connect” forums, gathering actionable feedback from employees in India, Luxembourg, Costa Rica, and the UK.
Rosa also introduced quarterly storytelling platforms, a global women’s network, and a women’s mentorship pilot connecting director-level women with C-suite leaders. “Sandra’s leadership has made culture a core part of how we operate,” said CEO Andrew Davies. “Her approach shapes how we lead and make decisions across every level of our organization.”
Beyond Syniverse, Rosa’s commitment to empowerment shines through her board roles. She chairs The Concilio, a Dallas-based nonprofit supporting Latino families, and serves on the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), fostering entrepreneurial skills in high school students. In 2025, she joined Wheels of Success, a Tampa nonprofit addressing transportation barriers for working families. Her involvement with the Hispanic C-Suite Corporate Council (HC3) further amplifies Hispanic leadership.
Headquartered in Tampa, Syniverse powers connectivity for leading carriers and Forbes Global 2000 companies, processing over $35 billion in transactions annually. Rosa’s HR initiatives, including a flexible PTO policy and DEI programs, have enhanced Syniverse’s ability to attract top talent in 5G, CPaaS, and IoT. Her prior roles at Santander Consumer USA and JPMorgan Chase, spanning over 20 years, equipped her to drive Syniverse’s strategic HR transformation.
The Tampa Titan 100, celebrated on October 30, 2025, at The Motor Enclave, honors executives driving economic and social impact. This year’s honorees, including Rosa, represent companies employing over 235,000 people and generating $56 billion in revenue. Rosa’s repeat recognition underscores her ability to sustain excellence in a competitive selection process.
Sandra Rosa’s leadership at Syniverse and her community contributions cement her as a transformative force, making her a standout in the 2025 Tampa Titan 100 cohort.
