The acquisition brings together a full suite of capabilities to help enterprises navigate workforce transformation as artificial intelligence fundamentally changes how work gets done.

The Skills Ontology capability uses AI Agents to look at what skills organizations need today and how AI is impacting what they'll need tomorrow.
Neobrain has been deploying AI Agents for HR since 2023.
Neobrain's teams and leadership, including co-founders Paul Courtaud and Jérémy Jaillant, will remain in Europe.
