Employbridge, the largest industrial staffing firm in the United States, has announced the appointment of Janette Marx as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 26, 2026. Marx, a seasoned leader with three decades of experience in the staffing industry, succeeds Interim CEO Bill Grubbs, who will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

The leadership change is backed by Apollo Global Management, Employbridge's majority owner.

Janette Marx joins Employbridge following a 12-year tenure as CEO of Airswift, a global workforce solutions provider. Prior to that, she spent 19 years with the Adecco Group, gaining experience across all business lines and operational facets. This extensive background positions her to lead Employbridge's national network.
