Orem brings a unique perspective from her prior roles, having served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Asurion, where she led HR through multiple business transformations. Before that, she spent nearly 12 years leading Asurion's global Supply Chain organization. This dual experience in both human resources and operational leadership is expected to be valuable in aligning talent strategy with HireRight's business objectives as it scales.
