Docebo Inc. has acquired 365Talents, an AI-powered skills intelligence and workforce analytics company, to integrate advanced skills detection and orchestration directly into its enterprise learning platform, enabling organizations to move from static skills insights to real-time, actionable workforce readiness through AI-driven learning and talent decisions.
Docebo, a leading AI-powered enterprise learning platform, today announced the acquisition of 365Talents, a France-based provider of AI-driven skills intelligence and workforce analytics. The transaction strengthens Docebo’s vision of delivering measurable workforce outcomes by connecting skills data directly to learning workflows and talent actions.
“In today’s economy, skills only matter if they can be used,” said Alessio Artuffo, President and CEO of Docebo. “When skills sit on a shelf or live in static models, they quickly lose value. Most vendors help organizations collect and analyze skills, but very few help them act on them. At Docebo, we see skills as the input: learning, behavior change, and workforce outcomes are the real measure of success. By bringing 365Talents into Docebo, we’re using AI agents to turn skills into a living capability that drives learning, career mobility, and workforce decisions in real time. The result is a more coherent, measurable way for enterprises to develop people and adapt as work continuously evolves.”
365Talents brings autonomous AI agents and machine learning capabilities that continuously map, infer, and manage skills across the workforce. Its platform identifies gaps and guides employees toward relevant roles, projects, and development opportunities in a dynamic, context-aware manner.
Individually, learning platforms and skills intelligence solutions deliver value. Combined, they create a powerful synergy:
“When we started 365Talents, our goal was to help organizations make skills visible and usable,” said Loïc Michel, Chief Executive Officer of 365Talents. “Joining Docebo allows us to connect skills and talent intelligence directly to learning at enterprise scale. Together, we’re building a platform that focuses on enterprise market customers, like Veolia, Crédit Agricole, and Société Générale, and allows them to understand what skills they have, develop the ones they need next, and adapt as work continues to change.”
Docebo paid approximately USD$54.6 million in cash, funded through cash on hand and existing credit facilities, plus up to USD$5.1 million in contingent earn-out payments tied to financial milestones. The company expects 365Talents to generate approximately USD$9 million in revenue from closing through the end of 2026.
Docebo intends to maintain the 365Talents brand while progressively integrating the platforms to deliver a unified, seamless experience. Both companies will continue supporting existing customers uninterrupted, with the 365Talents leadership team remaining in place to drive ongoing development.
This acquisition positions Docebo to lead the convergence of skills intelligence and enterprise learning, helping organizations build adaptive, future-ready workforces in an era of rapid skill evolution and business change.
