Traci Tsuchiguchi joins UKG with over two decades of expertise in strategic finance, investor relations, and corporate affairs. Reporting to President and CFO Arlen Shenkman, she will oversee UKG’s financial reporting strategy and engagement with investors and analysts. Her role includes partnering with senior leaders to drive financial planning, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with UKG’s growth objectives.
Tsuchiguchi’s background spans leadership roles at Citrix, CA Technologies, AppliedMicro, and most recently, Teradyne, where she served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Her deep understanding of SaaS business models and capital markets, combined with experience from both buy-side and sell-side perspectives, positions her to shape UKG’s financial narrative. She has a proven track record of driving investor engagement and leading long-range planning in high-growth environments.
