Hadlock has spent nearly 14 years at Paycom, advancing through various leadership positions that shaped client service excellence and expanded the company’s IT infrastructure. His contributions have consistently strengthened Paycom’s ability to innovate and deliver value in the competitive HCM market. Before joining Paycom, Hadlock built extensive expertise during a decade at Hertz, where he managed enterprise systems implementations, led operational transformations, and developed customer-centric technology strategies.
