Unger brings over 20 years of experience, including seven years as CFO at Everspring Inc. and 14 years total at the company.
He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Analytics and Executive Director of Analytics and Strategy at Everspring.
The appointment follows OrgChart's recent hiring of Keri Rich as Chief Product Officer in June 2026.
OrgChart received a strategic investment from Resurgens Technology Partners in early 2026.
The company provides organizational charting and workforce planning software integrated with over 50 HR platforms.

Ted joins OrgChart with more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance and analytics. For the past seven years, Ted served as the CFO at Everspring Inc., an ed tech company that supports higher education institutions through digital transformations. In total, Ted spent 14 years at Everspring in roles of increasing responsibility, previously serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Analytics and the Executive Director of Analytics and Strategy.
