Asure Software has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Mike Eralie as Senior Vice President of Operations. Eralie, a seasoned HCM leader with extensive experience scaling global payroll and HR service organizations, will be responsible for driving operational strategy and execution across Asure's portfolio of cloud-based human capital management solutions.

Eralie previously served as COO at Safeguard Pay (acquired by Deel) and NGA (acquired by Alight).
The move aims to balance operational discipline with enhanced customer experience.
In his new role, Eralie will oversee the operational functions supporting Asure's payroll, HR, compliance, workforce management, and managed services businesses. His mandate is to optimize service delivery, align cross-functional teams, and build the robust operational infrastructure needed to support the company's ongoing expansion while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

Eralie's background includes leadership roles at major firms in the HCM and payroll sector. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Safeguard Pay, which was acquired by Deel, and prior to that as COO at NGA, which was acquired by Alight. In these positions, he managed global service delivery, implementation, customer success, and technology support for a worldwide customer base. His career began in audit and consulting at Arthur Andersen, followed by senior IT leadership roles.
