Lattice said Lattiverse 2026 will explore how HR leaders can guide organizations through the rapid evolution of workplace technologies and AI-enabled operations.

The company positioned HR teams as central drivers of workforce transformation, responsible for balancing innovation, employee engagement and organizational trust as AI becomes more deeply integrated into business workflows.
