Partnership Launches Regional Top Workplaces Recognition

The Top Workplaces awards rely exclusively on employee responses to the research-backed Energage Workplace Survey, which evaluates key drivers of workplace success informed by data from millions of employees across tens of thousands of organizations.

This collaboration with WTOP News extends the program's reach, enabling D.C.-area employers to gain credible recognition, enhance their employer brand, and attract talent in a competitive market.

“Top Workplaces helps organizations stand out in a highly competitive talent market by giving employees a voice and employers credible recognition,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “Partnering with WTOP expands the reach and impact of this program, helping area employers strengthen their employer brand, increase visibility, and attract top talent.”
