Appspace has introduced Appspace Intelligence Assistants, a new category of AI-powered assistants designed to deliver real-world impact in the workplace. Unlike traditional chatbots or isolated agents, these assistants operate on a unified platform layer spanning digital signage, space reservation, intranet, and visitor management, enabling them to understand context and take action across both digital and physical environments.

This unified intelligence layer enables assistants to draw insights from diverse sources—such as what content appeared on digital screens and who was present to view it—creating true workplace intelligence that bridges digital and physical experiences.

The initial assistants are available immediately, with plans to expand functionality in the coming quarter through tools for building custom assistants, additional system assistants, and a dedicated insights dashboard.
