Visier, a leader in workforce analytics and AI-powered workforce intelligence solutions, has appointed Jen Glass as Vice President of Customer Solutions. The appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on expanding its customer-centric strategy and strengthening the delivery and support capabilities behind its Visier Workforce AI platform.
Glass will join Visier’s executive leadership team and management board, where she will oversee the Customer Solutions & Success Organization. Her role will focus on advancing Visier’s solution-led approach to customer engagement, implementation, and long-term enterprise success.
Jen Glass joins Visier with decades of experience across software development, management consulting, and SaaS go-to-market leadership. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled consulting and transformation teams while helping organizations expand into new geographic markets.
Her experience spans enterprise technology platforms including Anaplan, Pigment, and Workday, positioning her with deep expertise in workforce planning and HR technology. At Visier, she will focus on helping the company evolve how it supports and partners with customers adopting Workforce AI solutions.
