Remote has announced that its payroll business has grown more than 300% year over year, with the company surpassing $300 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and achieving cash-flow positive status.
The company stated that the milestone reflects growing demand for global payroll and employment infrastructure as enterprises increasingly hire talent across international markets while navigating complex compliance and workforce management requirements.
Remote stated that enterprises are increasingly treating global employment infrastructure as a strategic business foundation rather than an operational back-office function.
The company currently supports tens of thousands of organizations, including Anthropic, KFC and Datadog, through solutions covering Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) and Contractor Management.
Remote also powers global employment functionality for major HR platforms including BambooHR, Workday and Personio.
