KNEX Technology, a recognized Oracle Partner, has announced the launch of its AI Agent Pack for PeopleSoft. This suite of embedded, domain-specific AI agents is designed to modernize the PeopleSoft user experience by introducing conversational interactions into traditionally complex HR workflows. By integrating directly into existing systems, the AI Agent Pack helps organizations reduce administrative strain and improve employee self-service without requiring a total system overhaul.

Initial Release: High-Impact HR Agents

The first iteration of the AI Agent Pack focuses on three critical areas where employees frequently require clarity and support:

  • Benefits Explanation Agent: Interprets complex plan documentation to explain eligibility, coverage levels, and specific costs to employees.

  • Payslip Explanation Agent: Uses natural language to break down earnings, tax changes, and deductions, making payroll data more accessible.

  • Leave Management Agent: Assists with workforce planning by projecting future leave balances, helping employees and managers plan time off more effectively.

Pragmatic AI Integration

The KNEX AI Agent Pack is built on a philosophy of "practical AI"—focusing on immediate friction points rather than theoretical experimentation. Because these agents are embedded, they work within the existing PeopleSoft environment, allowing organizations to maintain their current systems of record while gaining the benefits of modern, AI-driven automation.

"AI should make enterprise systems easier to use, not more complicated," said Basheer Khan, CEO of KNEX Technology. "Whether it's understanding a payslip, navigating benefits, or planning time off, these agents bring clarity directly into the user experience while working within the systems our customers already rely on."

Future Roadmap

KNEX plans to expand the pack to cover a broader range of HR and administrative functions, including:

  • Payroll Anomaly Detection: Identifying discrepancies before they impact employees.

  • Recruiting Intelligence: Streamlining the talent acquisition process.

  • Benefits Optimization: Helping employees choose the best plans based on their needs.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring HR workflows remain aligned with evolving regulations.
