The Guardian now runs directly inside isolved People Cloud, no Claude license required, with a new dashboard where payroll administrators can see what it found, review and approve fixes, and track estimated time saved and errors prevented.
The Guardian was introduced to take manual work out of finding, validating and correcting payroll errors. It analyzes each payroll run, flags potential errors before run closes and prepares fix. Most payroll AI finds problem and stops there. The Guardian goes further, and administrator decides what happens next.
What's new in isolved People Cloud includes Guardian dashboard right where payroll happens on preview and processing screens, benchmarked ROI alongside payroll data showing estimated time saved and errors prevented, autonomy set by administrator for each type of routine fix, a record of every action showing what Guardian did and who approved it, and plain-language chat inside People Cloud to ask questions and request analysis without leaving page.
The audit log shows what The Guardian did, who made corrections and who approved it. For each type of routine fix such as missing SOC codes, unsupported special characters and new hires missing from new hire file, administrators choose whether The Guardian asks for approval first or corrects autonomously.
Payroll teams already know cost of chasing same exceptions cycle after cycle. The Guardian handles routine so payroll teams can get back to real work, with ability to see exactly what it is doing and what it's delivering.
