HR Path has chosen GTT Communications to provide the global network underlay for its digital transformation initiative.
GTT will connect over 40 HR Path sites across four continents, including key locations in the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, India, Brazil, Canada, and Spain.
The project will deliver Dedicated Internet Access and deploy GTT EnvisionEDGE devices, which are SD-WAN and security-ready, to simplify site architecture.
This network foundation is critical for supporting HR Path's cloud-based HR services (consulting, payroll, HRIS) and ensuring consistent global performance for its enterprise clients.
The partnership supports HR Path's rapid growth, backed by a €500 million capital investment for international expansion.
The scalable GTT platform will enable the future seamless rollout of HR Path's own SD-WAN and security strategy.
HR Path's business model, which encompasses HR consulting, payroll outsourcing, and HR information system (HRIS) implementation, relies heavily on the consistent availability and performance of its cloud-based platforms. As the company expands internationally—supported by a record €500 million in financing—its legacy network required modernization to support this growth and maintain service quality for clients worldwide.
The partnership with GTT provides that essential, high-quality underlay network. GTT will deploy its robust connectivity services, including Dedicated Internet Access, to over 40 sites. This creates a uniform and reliable foundation across HR Path's global footprint. These integrated devices combine networking and security functions, simplifying site architecture and are pre-configured to be SD-WAN and Managed Firewall ready. This allows HR Path to activate advanced software-defined networking and security features seamlessly at a later stage, as its strategy dictates, without major hardware overhauls.
This scalable approach, supported by GTT's Managed and Professional Services, ensures a smooth implementation and provides a future-proof platform.
