The acquisition strengthens HR Path’s regional footprint and enhances its ability to support organizations throughout the HR transformation lifecycle across the region. The move follows HR Path’s acquisition of PayHuman in Mexico in 2024 and reflects the company’s ongoing investment in the Latin American HR technology market.
