ClearCo has announced the launch of its Agent Platform, a new AI-driven suite of purpose-built talent agents designed to automate and orchestrate work across the entire talent lifecycle. Built on its Unified Talent Platform and Talent AI foundation, the system integrates directly into hiring, performance management and learning workflows to reduce administrative overhead and improve workforce decision-making.
The platform represents a shift from traditional HR systems of record toward systems of action, where AI agents proactively execute tasks, trigger workflows and support decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
ClearCo’s Agent Platform is designed to fundamentally change how organizations manage talent operations by embedding AI agents directly into HR workflows. Instead of functioning as static systems that store data, the platform enables organizations to take action on that data through automated workflows and intelligent agents.
These agents operate across the full talent lifecycle, from job requisition creation to performance reviews, helping organizations reduce manual effort while improving consistency and decision quality.
According to ClearCo CEO Jason Beem:
“The HR technology industry has spent a decade promising AI transformation and delivering point solutions that don't talk to each other. ClearCo's Agent Platform is different because it is built on the talent data foundation our customers already trust. These are agents that know your people, your workflows, and your history, working across the entire lifecycle from the moment a req opens to the moment a review is submitted. That is not a feature. That is a fundamentally different way to run HR.”
The Agent Platform introduces a suite of purpose-built Talent Agents designed to support key HR functions. These agents are embedded directly into workflows and can be triggered either by users or automatically by system events.
Within recruitment workflows, ClearCo introduces Req Agent, Sourcing Agent and Interview Agent:
These tools are designed to streamline hiring processes and reduce manual screening workloads while improving hiring consistency.
For performance management, ClearCo offers Performance Admin Agent and Review Agent:
These agents aim to reduce administrative complexity during review cycles while improving the quality and consistency of performance evaluations.
At the center of the platform is Agent Studio, a centralized workspace that allows HR and L&D teams to configure, deploy and manage AI agents without engineering support.
The system supports two types of agents:
Agent Studio is built on an open Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture, enabling integration with third-party systems such as HRIS, LMS and CRM platforms. It also supports tools like Lightcast, ThoughtSpot and NinjaHire through StackOne integrations.
This allows organizations to extend agent capabilities across existing enterprise systems while maintaining governance and control.
ClearCo’s platform introduces a conversational interface embedded directly into HR workflows, allowing users to interact with agents without leaving their tasks. Users can type or speak commands to update records, draft responses or complete workflow actions in real time.
Agents can also surface visual components such as charts and guided workflows, enabling more actionable and context-aware responses.
According to Chief Product Officer Arnaud Grunwald:
“Most organizations do not have an AI problem. They have a coordination problem. Organizations have invested heavily in AI, but much of that intelligence remains trapped within individual workflows. The Agent Platform extends our Talent AI foundation with Talent Agents to change that, delivering an experience that feels as intuitive as a consumer-grade product while connecting intelligence across hiring, development, performance, learning, and workforce operations with the configurability and governance enterprise HR teams require.”
ClearCo’s roadmap includes additional agents focused on learning, development and workforce mobility, expected to launch in 2026. These capabilities aim to further extend automation across skill development, coaching and internal mobility workflows.
By combining AI agents with configurable workflows and unified talent data, ClearCo is positioning its platform as a fully integrated workforce automation layer rather than a traditional HR software suite.
ClearCo is demonstrating its Agent Platform and Talent Agents at the SHRM Annual Conference and Expo in Orlando, Florida. The platform will be available for purchase beginning June 16, 2026, with general availability starting July 16, 2026.
The company currently supports more than 3,000 organizations and nearly two million employees across its talent platform ecosystem.
