Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation automates the creation and delivery of presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint data. Leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the technology generates responses to audience questions based on pre-integrated materials. “By making Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation available via the declarative agent framework of Microsoft 365 Copilot, we expect it will help customers accelerate global expansion through multilingual content creation,” said Satoshi Asano, Managing Executive Officer at Microsoft Japan.
Supporting over 30 languages, the platform allows users to create AI avatars mimicking their likeness and voice, eliminating barriers related to language or presentation skills. The technology, developed with Headwaters Co., Ltd., will be available as a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent, with direct integration into Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint planned for the future. This democratizes professional communication, enabling anyone to deliver high-quality presentations.
Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation offers autonomous slide transitions based on character count and time limits, a feature pending international patent approval. It also supports customizable content generation through voice recognition, large language models (LLMs), and voice synthesis, allowing users to control text and style via prompts. These capabilities reduce preparation time and ensure consistent, professional outputs across diverse teams.
Starting June 19, 2025, Fujitsu will offer a trial environment on the Fujitsu Research Portal for corporate customers. The company plans to implement the technology internally in Q2 FY 2025, with global customer availability in Q3. By automating multilingual presentations, Fujitsu aims to enhance operational efficiency and foster a digital society, aligning with its commitment to innovation and sustainability.
