SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. today announced the launch of a generative AI-powered sales enablement solution developed in collaboration with Thornburg Investment Management, Inc. The tool integrates directly into CRM platforms, delivering fast, consolidated access to critical financial advisor insights and enhancing preparation for digital and in-person advisor interactions.

Leveraging GenAI, the application aggregates and summarizes content from multiple sources, surfacing actionable sales preparation insights within CRM systems. It also incorporates an advanced analytical model to prioritize advisors and advisor teams within each sales territory. The solution is now live for Thornburg’s intermediary sales team and connects seamlessly with individual salespeople’s calendars and email.

The new “Sales Prep” tool streamlines the advisor engagement process by automating content aggregation and summarization, ensuring sales professionals have relevant, up-to-date information readily available within their existing CRM environment. This reduces manual research time and supports more informed, impactful conversations with financial advisors.
