Practifi Intelligence represents an AI-first approach applied across the company's established CRM platform. Future enhancements promise quick access to relevant client data and an organized relationship library, all aimed at improving the quality and consistency of client interactions.
The Meeting Intelligence component features a native AI Notetaker that automatically captures transcripts and summaries from major video conferencing platforms. This reduces manual documentation time and aids compliance. The Admin Intelligence module includes a Smart Process Builder, which turns written descriptions of business processes into detailed workflows and visual documents, helping firms shorten the cycle from process design to implementation.
A core principle of the launch is minimizing disruption. The AI capabilities are activated within the existing Practifi Platform, allowing firms to adopt innovation incrementally. “Practifi Intelligence delivers that by embedding AI-led capabilities across the platform.
