Announced on September 3, 2025, Brendan Twomey’s appointment as CTO and Gary Stockley’s promotion to CPO mark significant steps in Pepper Advantage’s pursuit of technological and product excellence. Both leaders, based in London and reporting to Global CEO Fraser Gemmell, will enhance PRISM, the company’s proprietary credit management platform, which leverages advanced data and analytics for automated, regulation-compliant workflows. “As the credit landscape evolves, the need for intelligent, modular, and data-driven platforms has never been greater,” said Gemmell.
As CTO, Brendan Twomey will lead the development and execution of Pepper Advantage’s technology strategy, focusing on scaling PRISM to meet global client needs. With over 25 years of experience, Twomey previously played a pivotal role at 10x Banking, building cloud-native platforms for innovative financial institutions. His prior roles at Lloyds Banking Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland involved leading large-scale transformation initiatives and modernizing legacy systems, positioning him to accelerate Pepper Advantage’s innovation agenda.
Promoted to CPO, Gary Stockley will oversee the development of Pepper Advantage’s product suite for institutional investors, banks, and portfolio managers. Since joining in 2019 as Head of European Systems and becoming CIO in 2022, Stockley has been instrumental in PRISM’s development. With over two decades in the mortgage and loan industry, his deep expertise ensures continued evolution of Pepper Advantage’s credit management offerings.
