OneStream, the leading enterprise Finance management platform, has announced a planned CFO transition and key executive promotions as the company accelerates its next phase of AI-driven growth and market expansion.
Effective December 31, 2025, CFO Bill Koefoed will step down after six years of leadership that guided OneStream through massive scale-up and its successful transition to the public markets. Koefoed will remain as Senior Advisor through April 1, 2026 to ensure continuity.
Longtime board member and Audit Committee Chair John Kinzer, former CFO of HubSpot and Blackboard, will immediately join as Strategic Advisor and assume the Interim CFO role on January 1, 2026 while a search for a permanent successor is conducted.
Scott Leshinski, current EVP of AI & Operational Analytics, has been promoted to President effective January 1, 2026. Leshinski will oversee global sales, marketing, revenue operations, and customer success, driving an AI-first go-to-market strategy to scale OneStream’s market-leading Finance AI portfolio—including SensibleAI™ Forecast, Studio, and Agents—which has delivered 60% year-over-year bookings growth in the first nine months of 2025.
Pam McIntyre, current SVP Corporate Controller, will step into the newly created Chief Accounting Officer role on January 1, 2026, overseeing corporate accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting.
"On behalf of everyone at OneStream, I want to thank Bill for his tremendous leadership and partnership over the last six years," said Tom Shea, CEO & President. "As we begin our search for a new CFO, John brings extensive knowledge of OneStream and our financials… In his new role as President, we believe Scott will help us capitalize on the growth we're seeing for our portfolio of purpose-built AI solutions."
"I'm honored to take on the role of President at such an exciting time for OneStream," said Scott Leshinski. "AI is now at the core of nearly everything we do, and I look forward to building on the momentum we're seeing for our portfolio of purpose-built Finance AI solutions."
These changes position OneStream to accelerate adoption of its AI-powered Digital Finance Cloud as Finance leaders plan significant AI investment increases in 2026, according to a recent OneStream-Harris Poll study.
