The agreement has a total contract value of approximately USD $4 million over the three-year term.

Under the agreement, NowVertical will deliver strategic AI and data modernisation services focused on Google Gemini deployment, AI agent capabilities and AI-enabled workflow automation, supported by a multi-year Google Cloud consumption commitment for which NowVertical will act as the client's licence partner of record. The engagement is expected to help the client connect customer, operational and financial data environments, strengthen AI-ready data foundations and apply AI across selected business workflows.
