The NET1 Commerce Suite is engineered to solve a fundamental problem for small and medium-sized businesses: the critical need for cash in hand. By automating traditionally manual and disconnected AR and AP functions, the platform helps manufacturers bring cash in faster and hold it longer. These features work together to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and provide real-time visibility into expected incoming cash.
On the AP side, available with Deacom, JobBOSS², and M1, the platform allows manufacturers to maximize cash availability through scheduled payouts. This enables businesses to keep money until it is due, thereby better managing working capital without incurring late payment penalties. The automation also increases efficiency by reducing manual errors and saving staff hours, while a real-time view of payment status enables more accurate short-term cash planning and strengthens vendor relationships through predictable, transparent payments.
