Conga has announced the promotion of Ian Wathen to Chief Financial Officer. The appointment positions Conga to continue execution of its long-term strategy with a finance leader whose tenure demonstrates deep institutional knowledge, established trust across the organization, and a proven track record of leading functions through critical moments in the company's history.

Previously served as SVP of Finance and interim CFO.

Wathen has held senior finance leadership roles over a decade at Conga.

Wathen joined Conga over a decade ago and has held a series of senior finance leadership roles, most recently serving as SVP of Finance. As CFO, Wathen will have full ownership of Conga's global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations, and strategic financial operations. He will serve as a key member of Conga's executive leadership team, partnering closely with the C-suite and Board of Directors. His deep familiarity with Conga's financials and strategy allows him to step seamlessly into the C-suite on day one.
