This collaboration aims to integrate seamless cross-border payment capabilities, AI-powered mobile innovations, and SME digitalisation solutions, connecting Indonesia’s extensive domestic ecosystem with Ant International’s worldwide network.
The MoU was officially signed in Singapore by Armand Hermawan, President Director & Chief Executive Officer of Artajasa, and Pan Yan, Head of Strategic Partnership Office for Alipay+, Ant International.
This partnership represents a significant step in bridging Indonesia’s mature payment infrastructure with Ant International’s advanced global technologies. Through its four business pillars—Alipay+, Antom, Bettr, and WorldFirst—Ant International delivers AI-powered payment capabilities, growth tools, and SME digitalisation solutions. Alipay+ functions as a unified wallet gateway that has powered the growth of Asia’s largest superapps and connects extensive international payment partners.
Artajasa serves as a cornerstone of Indonesia’s non-cash payment landscape. The company operates the largest QRIS network in the country, enabling payment acceptance at more than 41 million merchants.
