Bitmine Immersion Technologies has announced that its Ethereum (ETH) holdings have reached 5.74 million tokens, with its combined crypto assets, cash, marketable securities, and strategic investments totaling $11.1 billion. The milestone reinforces the company's position as one of the world's largest Ethereum treasury holders while advancing its long-term strategy of accumulating and staking digital assets for institutional investment.
Bitmine reported that, as of July 5, 2026, its portfolio consists of 5,742,237 ETH, 206 Bitcoin (BTC), $527 million in cash and marketable securities, and strategic investments, bringing total holdings to $11.1 billion.
The company stated that its Ethereum holdings now represent approximately 4.8% of the total circulating ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens, placing Bitmine close to its stated objective of owning 5% of the network's supply.
Bitmine disclosed that 4,879,157 ETH is currently staked through its staking infrastructure, representing approximately $8.8 billion based on an ETH price of $1,800. The company said its Made in America VAlidator Network (MAVAN) is designed to support both Bitmine's treasury operations and institutional investors seeking enterprise-grade Ethereum staking services.
According to the company, the scale of its staking operations positions MAVAN as a significant platform for institutional participation in the Ethereum ecosystem while generating recurring staking rewards.
"Over the past few days, investors have become more optimistic about the passage of the Clarity Act with prediction markets now seeing approximately 50% probability, the highest odds in two weeks. We believe regulatory clarity is an important milestone, enabling crypto, particularly smart contract platforms like ethereum to benefit, as crypto becomes part of our everyday life. Already, ethereum L2 run in the background processing USDC transactions for Shopify and even Visa. Therefore, the rise in the ETH/BTC ratio in the past few days make sense as markets start to see greater chances of Clarity Act passage," stated Thomas "Tom" Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.
The company also highlighted its recent inclusion in the Russell 1000 Large-cap Index, which it expects will increase institutional ownership. Bitmine noted that it remains focused on steadily expanding its Ethereum treasury while strengthening its staking infrastructure and digital asset investment strategy.
Bitmine's latest update reflects its continued emphasis on Ethereum accumulation, institutional staking, and long-term digital asset investments as it works toward becoming one of the largest Ethereum treasury companies globally.
Bitmine (NYSE: BMNR) is a Bitcoin miner with operations in the US. The company is deploying its excess capital to be the leading Ethereum Treasury company in the world, implementing an innovative digital asset strategy for institutional investors and public market participants.
