Texas Capital Strengthens Technology Leadership

Texas Capital has named Mo Jamous as its new Managing Director and Chief Digital and Information Officer, effective immediately. In his new position, Jamous will oversee the firm's technology organization, including enterprise architecture, application development, infrastructure, data platforms, artificial intelligence enablement, information security, and overall technology strategy.

Reporting directly to Rob C. Holmes, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Capital, Jamous will also join the company's Operating Council, where he will help guide strategic technology initiatives across the organization.

Extensive Experience in Banking Technology and AI

Jamous joins Texas Capital from U.S. Bank, where he served as Chief Information Officer for Consumer, Business Banking and AI/ML Technologies. During his tenure, he led technology strategy across consumer and business banking platforms, digital banking channels, enterprise data platforms, and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Prior to U.S. Bank, Jamous held the position of Head of Global Digital Technologies at BBVA, where he played a key role in the bank's international digital transformation efforts. He led global technology teams responsible for delivering award-winning mobile banking and digital banking experiences across multiple markets.

His experience spans digital banking innovation, enterprise technology modernization, AI adoption, and technology leadership within highly regulated financial institutions.

The appointment reflects Texas Capital's continued investment in modern technology platforms that improve customer experiences while strengthening operational efficiency and security.
