WNS has made significant strides in its decarbonization journey, with its commitment to reduce carbon emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2050 validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in fiscal 2025. The company conducted a double materiality assessment to prioritize sustainability initiatives and completed its first climate risk assessment aligned with IFRS S2 guidelines. Additionally, 65% of WNS’ facilities are certified under ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety), and over 80% of its delivery centers are certified under ISO 27001 for information security.
WNS continues to invest in its global workforce of over 66,000 employees, fostering an inclusive environment. In FY2024-25, employees completed over 5 million learning hours, enhancing future-ready skills. Notably, 47% of the workforce, including leadership positions, comprises women, reflecting WNS’ commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The FY2024-25 report adheres to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and aligns with Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards, UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), and UN Global Compact principles, ensuring comprehensive and transparent sustainability reporting.
