Syntiant Corp., a leader in low-power edge AI deployment, has strengthened its executive team with the appointments of Ron Shelton as chief financial officer and Vince Graziani as general manager and senior vice president of its AI business unit. These strategic hires enhance Syntiant’s ability to scale its innovative edge AI solutions globally.

Strategic Leadership Additions

Ron Shelton joins Syntiant with over 25 years of CFO experience, having led financial operations at Navitas Semiconductor and Adesto Technologies, acquired by Dialog Semiconductor in 2020. He also served as CFO at Cirrus Logic and guided multiple companies through successful public offerings. His expertise will enhance Syntiant’s financial strategy as it navigates public markets and scales operations.

Vince Graziani’s Technology Leadership

Vince Graziani brings extensive experience in scaling technology companies, most recently as CEO of IDEX Biometrics ASA, a leader in fingerprint biometric technologies. With degrees in electrical engineering, Graziani will lead Syntiant’s AI business unit, driving the development and adoption of end-to-end AI solutions across industries like IoT and consumer electronics.

Syntiant’s low-power AI chips enable efficient deployment on edge devices, supporting applications in smart homes, wearables, and industrial IoT.
