RingCentral, Inc., a global leader in AI-powered business communications, announced on August 5, 2025, the appointment of Vaibhav Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Agarwal, a nine-year veteran of the company, steps into the role to drive financial strategy and growth in the evolving UCaaS and CCaaS markets.

Agarwal succeeds Abhey Lamba, who remains Executive Advisor until 2025 end.
He scaled RingCentral from $400M to $2.6B run-rate business since 2016.
Responsibilities include financial planning, tax, treasury, and investor relations.
Agarwal brings experience from Intel, Altera, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

With an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and credentials as a Chartered Accountant from India and a California CPA (inactive), he brings over two decades of expertise to drive RingCentral’s financial strategy.
