
QX Global Group has announced the appointment of Ritesh Tamakhuwala as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. In this role, Tamakhuwala will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to Group CEO Pom Chakravarti. He will be responsible for driving the organization's financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth as the company continues its global expansion.
Ritesh Tamakhuwala has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of QX Global Group.
He brings over 20 years of experience in finance, including M&A and financial strategy.
Tamakhuwala previously served as the Head of Finance for Wipro's UK & Ireland geography and as CFO at Decimal Technologies.
His appointment follows the planned transition of former CFO Snehal Patel, who will remain with the company until February 2026.
Tamakhuwala will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting to Group CEO Pom Chakravarti.
He will focus on strengthening financial governance and accelerating global growth.
With over two decades of experience, Ritesh Tamakhuwala is a seasoned finance leader whose expertise spans business finance, P&L management, financial planning, and M&A diligence. His career began at Wipro, where he progressed from corporate audit to various business finance roles, culminating in his position as Head of Finance for the UK & Ireland geography. Most recently, he served as CFO at Decimal Technologies, where he led fundraising, legal strategy, and financial performance management processes. This extensive background positions him to be invaluable to QX Global Group's future.
