Prometheus Group has appointed Donald J. (DJ) Paoni, CEO of Certinia and former President of SAP North America, to its Board of Directors to support the company’s accelerated AI-driven innovation and global growth in enterprise asset management.

Paoni currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Certinia, a prominent provider of professional services automation and services business software. Prior to Certinia, he held senior leadership roles at SAP, including President of SAP North America, where he gained extensive experience scaling large enterprise software organizations.
