Iron Mountain, a global leader in information management services, has elected Christie Kelly to its Board of Directors, effective October 21, 2025. This strategic addition strengthens the company's governance with proven financial leadership in the REIT sector.
Christie Kelly offers decades of executive experience in finance and corporate strategy, particularly within publicly traded real estate investment trusts. Her tenure as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Realty Income Corporation from 2021 to 2023 highlighted her ability to manage complex financial operations in triple-net lease environments.
Prior roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Duke Realty Corporation. These experiences provided deep insights into real estate operations, capital allocation, and shareholder value creation—skills directly applicable to Iron Mountain's information management and data center services.
Kelly currently contributes her expertise to multiple boards, including Park Hotels & Resorts, Kite Realty Group Trust, Legence Corporation, and the private board of Gilbane. This diverse directorship portfolio demonstrates her capability in overseeing large-scale corporate governance across industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknellrami from Bucknell University, providing a strong foundation for her financial acumen.
