This acquisition merges Omnitele's Radio Access Network (RAN) analytics platform and professional services with FusionLayer's core IP automation and management technologies, creating a comprehensive portfolio for telecom operators building intelligent, AI-native networks.

FusionLayer's existing technologies for DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management) and the Infinity EMS network management system will be combined with Omnitele's PRIMEA analytics platform. This integration forms a unified software portfolio that delivers automation, real-time performance intelligence, and optimization capabilities across the entire mobile network stack, from core IP infrastructure to the radio edge.
