Announced at Oracle Health and Life Sciences Summit, September 11, 2025.
The collaboration integrates DNAnexus’ advanced genomics data infrastructure with Oracle Health’s EHR, enabling healthcare professionals to access and interpret genomic data alongside patient medical histories. “This collaboration is about enabling a new era of data-driven healthcare,” said Thomas Laur, CEO of DNAnexus. This integration will support continuous analysis of genomic results, helping clinicians understand adaptations that impact patient health and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
By combining DNAnexus’ expertise in managing multi-omic and real-world data with Oracle’s global EHR infrastructure, the partnership aims to create a learning health system that adapts in real time. “Arming physicians with insights based on the latest interpretations of genomic data will help improve patient care and advance our understanding of the relationship between care paths and care outcomes,” said Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager of Oracle Health and Life Sciences. This system will provide actionable insights at the point of care, driving advancements in personalized medicine.
