Bergen’s extensive experience in technology and hospitality will drive CallTek’s expansion and innovation under parent company Allied Global.

Josh Bergen joins CallTek with over three decades of leadership in customer-focused and growth-oriented teams across technology, customer service, finance, and operations. Most recently, Bergen served as CEO and President of a leading MSSP, specializing in data protection and regulatory compliance for the hospitality industry. His 30-year career spans hospitality, technology, contact centers, and accounting, with additional experience as a professor sharing his expertise. Bergen’s diverse background positions him to enhance CallTek’s market leadership in key sectors.
In his role as Chief Growth Officer, Bergen will oversee CallTek’s growth strategy, focusing on sales, customer experience, product development, and marketing. His leadership will strengthen CallTek’s position as a trusted partner for technology operators, delivering tailored, white-label support services. Operating from the East Coast, Bergen will report to Allied Global’s board of directors, ensuring alignment with the parent company’s strategic vision.
